The memory of a righteous man is blessed... (Proverbs 10:7)

For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life... (Proverbs 6:23)

But woe to you when all men speak well of you, for likewise their forefathers did with the false prophets... (Luke 6:26)

 

The soul of the lazy man craves and has nothing but the soul of the diligent shall prosper.. Go to the ant you sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise... Which, having no captain, overseer or ruler, prepares her food in summer and gathers her provision in the harvest... A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the arms to rest, and poverty will come upon you like a robber, and want like an armed man..

 

طوبى للرجل الذي لم يسلك في مشورة الأشرار، وفي طريق الخطاة لم يقف، وفي مجلس المستهزئين لم يجلس - لكن في ناموس الرب مسرته، وفي ناموسه يلهج نهارا وليلا - فيكون كشجرة مغروسة عند مجاري المياه، التي تعطي ثمرها في أوانه، وورقها لا يذبل. وكل ما يصنعه ينجح - ليس كذلك الأشرار، لكنهم كالعصافة التي تذريها الريح - لذلك لا تقوم الأشرار في الدين، ولا الخطاة في جماعة الأبرار - لأن الرب يعلم طريق الأبرار، أما طريق الأشرار فتهلك

Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven shall enter.. (Matthew 7:21)

 

Then a woman with a haemorrhaging disorder for twelve years came behind Him and touched the end of His garment. For she said within herself, “If only I touch His cloak, I will be healed." Then Jesus turned to her and said, "Daughter, be of good courage, your faith has made your well..."

 

If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not believe even if one rises from the dead... (Luke 16:31)

 

For you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and you do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked. I counsel you therefore to buy from Me gold refined in fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes, that you may see... (Revelation 3:17-18)

 

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths... (Proverbs 3:5-6)

 

He remains faithful for He cannot deny Himself... (2 Timothy 2:13)

 

For whoever desires to save his life will lose it but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to man if he gains the whole world and yet loses his soul? Or what can one give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16:25-26)

Blind Pharisees, first cleanse the inside of the cup, that the outside of may be clean also... Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which appear beautiful on the outside, but on the inside are full of dead men’s bones and everything unclean... (Matthew 23:26-27)

 

For many are called but few are chosen.... The last will be first and the first will be last... (Matthew 22:14; Matthew 20:16)

 

But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you.. (Matthew 6:33)
