Do not judge, lest you will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you yourself will be judged, and with the same measure you use, it will be used against to you. For how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and behold the log is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye... (Matthew 7:1-5)

Be a monastic in your heart rather than your outward appearance...

The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light, but if your eye is evil, then your whole body will be filled with darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, then how great is that darkness! (Matthew 6:22-23)

Psalm 51 - Have mercy upon me, O God, according to your lovingkindness: according to the multitude of your tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions, and my sin is always before me. Against You, You only, I have sinned and done this evil in Your sight, so that You are justified when You speak and blameless when You judge. Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me. Behold, thou desire truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part you will make me to know wisdom. Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me hear joy and gladness; that the bones which you have broken may rejoice. Hide Your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with your generous spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners shall turn to You. Deliver me from bloodguilt, O God, the God of my salvation, and my tongue shall sing of Your righteousness. O Lord, open my lips; and my mouth shall show forth your praise. For You do not delight in sacrifice, otherwise I would give it; You are not pleased with burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, these O God, You will not despise. Do good in your good pleasure to Zion: build the walls of Jerusalem. Then You will delight in righteous sacrifices, in whole burnt offerings; then bulls will be offered on Your altar. Amen.

To Him you listen... (John 2:5)
